What payment methods do you accept?
On our website we accept PayPal and the following credit cards through PayPal payment method: MasterCard, Visa, American Express.
How do I use a discount code?
Before paying for your order, you will have the chance to enter your discount code. After typing the code, do not forget to press ‘Apply’, to update the final prize. Please note, that once the payment is completed, we will not be able to adjust the prices.
NOTE: Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
How do I check my order status?
Just visit the “Order Status” page after you log in.
’Out of stock?!’ What can I do?
There is no need for panic, because we have a ‘Notify me’ button, under every product once they are out of stock. You just have to enter your email address above and as soon as your wished product is available in our stock, we will send you an email with a direct link to it!

We ship your orders through world-wide known parcel delivery companies such as DPD, UPS and DHL.
When will you ship my order?
As fast as possible, but usually within 1 business day.
How will I know that my order is shipped?
As soon as your order is on the way, we will notify you through email.
You shipped my order but it never arrived! What can I do?
No need to worry! We ship our orders using tracking services. If you are not able to find the tracking number of your order in the shipping e-mail, then please contact our shipping team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
